ABOUT DR. ELIZABETH MENZEL

Doctor Elizabeth Menzel, B. Ch. D. University of Stellenbosch South Africa, Orthodontic Training in practice Dr. König-Toll, Kronberg and in the clinic University of Kiel under the special direction of Professor Bumann, with a focus on diseases of the temporomandibular joint and their treatment. National and international speaker since 2006. Damon System™ user since 2003 and Damon Ultima™ user since 2020.

ABOUT DR. GABRIELE GÜNDEL

Degree in Dentistry, 3-year postgraduate prosthetics training and 5 years of specialization in orthodontics at Wilhelms-University Münster, Germany. 1999 Orthodontist group practice with Dr. Sabine Friedrichs in Erding. 2003 Certification as a training and development practice for postgraduates. 2006 Activity focus on TMJ after 2 years of specialization at several universities. 2011 Master of Science in Lingual Orthodontics at University of Hannover, Germany. Since 2014 Orthodontist in a dental/orthodontic group practice in Munich with emphasis on treatment of adults. Damon Ultima™ user since 2020.

ABOUT DR. KASPER DAHL KRISTENSEN

Kasper Dahl Kristensen graduated as a DDS in 2006, PhD in 2010 and has specialized as an orthodontist since 2013 – all from Aarhus University, Denmark. Established in Stavanger, Norway, Dr. Kristensen treats growing and adult patients with everything from minor malalignments to pre-prosthetics and orthognatic surgery. Since graduation, he has continued his lecturing and research obligations at Aarhus University. In 2019 he started lecturing on aligner-treatment, and in 2020 began clinical teaching at the orthodontic postgraduate program in Aarhus.



ABOUT DR. PHILIPPE VAN STEENBERGHE

With over 33 years of orthodontic experience and a private group practice of 4 practitioners Dr. Philippe Van Steenberghe is a convinced Spark™ user and passionate Ormco speaker. His main arguments for using Spark™ in his practice are working with the people around Spark™, the approver software and the product quality in general.
